The Bridge of Reflection

Self reflection empowers you.  It is like looking into a mirror and describing what you see.  It helps you assess your own strengths and weaknesses and gain a deep self-awareness.

This beautiful timber pedestrian bridge, built over the Lily Pond at Sydney’s Centennial Park in the 1890s, is my perfect reflection spot.  On a quiet afternoon, you can stand on the little bridge, literally look at your reflection in the water, relax, focus and reflect.

Suddenly, things fall into perspective.  All your current troubles and worries do not seem that bad in the grand scheme of things.  You feel less stressed. You feel totally calm and in control. And that’s a great feeling...
